| Welcome. I like the screen name. Kind of angelic, like Azrael, something like that. Make yourself at home! | |

| Thanks for the warm welcome. Glad you like the name Azrael.
This forum looks new. I hope to learn lots of stuff here.
I am new to oracle decks. Don't know much to share but will try.
Thanks again.

| It is new. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. That gets the conversation going, too. What decks do you have? | |

| I just started learning. So only have a Rider Waite tarot deck. That's it. I just got into learning tarot for now. Woman at the store said this deck was good for beginners. What oracle deck would you recommend to a beginner? Azra | |

| Lenormand for an oracle deck!!! La Vera Sibilla is also very nice. So are ordinary playing cards! Here is a very simple method, just learn the poem and you're off and running: http://www.hedgewytchery.com/cartomancy.htmlRider Waite Smith (let's give Pixie her due credit!), Tarot de Marseilles, and Crowley Thoth are all good starter decks because they are the original decks of their traditions. It's best to start with one of those and not some knockoff with cats or dragons or something all over it. | |
